That means you need to take a few extra steps while preparing your design in cricut design space.
With iron on vinyl there is a clear smooth sheet on one side this goes face down on the mat.

There is no transfer tape required with cricut iron on vinyl because it is already hooked onto the vinyl.
One of the hardest parts when i first started cutting with iron on material was knowing which side to place down.
